The much awaited Movie of 2007 is all geared up for release. You guys must be knowing which movie we are talking about. Obviously, its about the upcoming blockbuster of 2007, which is our Ilayathalapathy Vijay's “Pokkiri”.

The movie, went for certification yesterday (Jan 7th) and has been examined by the CENTRAL BOARD OF FILM CERTIFICATION and has been given 'UA' certificate (can be watched by all audience). The prints of the much awaited movie are being processed and will soon be ready for dispatchment.

The movie is declared for release on the 14th January for Pongal all over India. The date for the 'Worldwide release' will depend on the distributors based on the respective locations. The fan's thirst is prepared to be quenched this Pongal with the release of Pokkiri, which is expected to take a huge opening, everywhere the movie is being released.

Footnote: The movie is going to have an opening in many places abroad, especially in various cities in the United States and United Kingdom. This is probably the first Vijay movie to have so many centres releasing abroad
